Tenant Find Only

We market your property, conduct viewings, fully reference the tenant, prepare the tenancy agreement, register the deposit and serve all prescribed documents. Management then passes to you.

Lettings Only

Everything in Tenant Find, plus monthly rent collection and disbursement with monthly statements. Day-to-day maintenance remains your responsibility.

Fully Managed

Our most comprehensive service. Full day-to-day management including maintenance, quarterly inspections, renewals, deposit disputes and end of tenancy management.

Compliance You Can Trust

We handle all Right to Rent checks, tenancy agreements, deposit registration with TDS and service of prescribed documents as standard. Our approach to landlord compliance is thorough and uncompromising.

All deposits are protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), membership number EW72614.

Tenant Referencing

We conduct comprehensive referencing on all prospective tenants including employment verification, income checks, credit history and previous landlord references. You receive a full referencing report before any decision is made.

The final decision on every tenant always rests with you.
