Tenant Fees

In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the following sets out all permitted and prohibited payments to tenants in connection with a tenancy arranged by Krieger and Company Limited.

Tenant Fees Act 2019 — Only the payments listed below as "permitted" may be charged. Any other payment is prohibited by law. If you believe you have been charged a prohibited fee please contact us at info@kriegerandco.co.uk or report it to Trading Standards.

Replacement Keys / FobsReasonable cost of replacement
Early Termination FeeLandlord's reasonable costs — will not exceed financial loss
Professional Clean (end of tenancy)At cost — only where professionally cleaned at start of tenancy
