Tenant Fees
In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the following sets out all permitted and prohibited payments to tenants in connection with a tenancy arranged by Krieger and Company Limited.
Tenant Fees Act 2019 — Only the payments listed below as "permitted" may be charged. Any other payment is prohibited by law. If you believe you have been charged a prohibited fee please contact us at info@kriegerandco.co.uk or report it to Trading Standards.
Permitted Payments

| Holding Deposit | Maximum of 1 week's rent — refundable subject to conditions |
| Security / Tenancy Deposit | Maximum of 5 weeks' rent (annual rent under £50,000) |
| Monthly Rent | As agreed in your Tenancy Agreement |
| Late Payment Interest | 3% above Bank of England base rate — where rent is 14+ days overdue |
| Contract Variation Fee | Up to £50 inc VAT — at tenant's request |
| Replacement Keys / Fobs | Reasonable cost of replacement |
| Early Termination Fee | Landlord's reasonable costs — will not exceed financial loss |
| Professional Clean (end of tenancy) | At cost — only where professionally cleaned at start of tenancy |
